Emma Devine is in her 22nd year as the Lady Saluqis' assistant coach. In her time as an coach at Southwest, the Lady Saluqis have compiled a 334-225 record including four TCCAA Western Division championships, one Region VII tournament title, and two region runners-up. Prior to joining Andrea Martre's staff, she was an assistant coach at the University of Alabama-Huntsville for three years.

Devine was a standout guard at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, and also at Alabama A & M University, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Communications. A graduate of Brookhaven (MS) High School, Devine has two sons – Otis and Anfernee.
